Moving Day
- Keep your phone and electricity on until you finally leave.
- Escort your moving team through the house and point out items not to be moved. Complete the inventory sheet with your driver. Make sure you understand the bill of loading, especially the transit protection or declaration of value section. Keep your copies of these papers with you in a safe since you'll need them at your new home.
- Make sure the driver has the correct address of your new home, as well as a phone number where he can reach you or leave a message
- If your plans change after the crew has left, contact C. Coakley immediately
